Through various roles, challenges, and deep study, I earned my place as a Fellow with the PFS, specialising in Financial Services Risk Management, Digital & Operational Risk Management (IRM), and accumulating over 25 years of experience. I became known for my ability to unravel complexity, transforming intricate systems into effortless strategy.
Yet, despite mastering financial structures and governance, I was trapped in the cycle of proving my worth, juggling family, career, and endless demands like a master illusionist. The real trick? Everyone saw my brilliance, except me! Then, everything shifted.
