From a background as a paraplanner, my journey took an unexpected turn when faced with compliance challenges after a regulator's visit. I teamed up with compliance experts, revealing a natural knack for implementing solutions with finesse.
Through various roles, challenges and knowledge I acquired through my qualifications (Fellow with the PFS, Financial Services Risk Management, Digital & Operational Risk Management (IRM), and over 25 years worth of experience, my unique ability to unravel complex intricacies became evident. Juggling family and career, driven by a desire to prove myself I harnessed stress-driven determination to juggle tasks with the finesse of a master illusionist – but the trick was on me, as everyone saw my worth except me.
In a pivotal moment, my own business emerged as a response to businesses neglecting data protection basics, witnessing others disregard the basics of data protection and teeter on the edge of peril, I knew I held the key to unlock their potential. Armed with a love for financial wisdom and operational risk management, and the siren call of the financial services, I circled back to support financial advisers, realizing my true calling and becoming a dynamic force in the world of business empowerment

I embraced the risk of failure, for in those moments, I unearth priceless wisdom. And trust, like the North Star, which guided me. I became synonymous with my word, delivering on promises, and working my magic behind the scenes.
Today, I am the Genie, capable of conjuring operational marvels within small businesses. Compliance? It's in the bag. Efficiency enhancements? Consider it done. Streamlined processes? My specialty. I'm investing my magic now, knowing that the fruits of these labours will bear witness to the boundless growth that lies ahead.
